Breakfast and Afterschool Club Childcare Manager 

Salary - £23,114 to £23,893 pro rata (Grade 3)

Hours - 20 hours per week, term time only.

Breakfast Club - 7.30 am to 8.45am

Afterschool Club - 3.30pm to 6.00pm

Bilston Church of England Primary School is a two-form entry school, with a complement of over 450 children, which was judged as GOOD by Ofsted (2024).  

Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Childcare Practitioner who has ambition to make a difference in our thriving and ever-growing Childcare provision.

We are seeking someone to be able to create a positive and stimulating environment for the children. 

Successful applicants will 

  • have the ability to manage a team and have strong communication skills with children, parents and staff 
  • An understanding of good quality childcare
  • Willingness to undergo training and professional development
  • Ability to manage minor accidents 

Duties will include leading play activities, supervision of outdoor activities in a safe and professional manner, serving of meals to children, and liaising with parents and carers.
