You should be well motivated, energetic and willing to work in a caring and safe environment whilst reflecting the school’s priorities of placing pupils at the heart of all they do. The role will include overseeing lunchtimes both in our busy dining hall and out on the playground, ensuring children are well cared for at all times. The Trust is underpinned by the moral purpose to change lives for the better and ensure our children achieve their potential. We want our children to be the best they can be and through learning believe that they can achieve anything. We share these same values for our staff and pride ourselves on a culture of support and trust. As a member of our team, you will benefit from access to an Employee Assistance Programme, access to the Local Government or Teachers Pension Scheme, excellent CPD opportunities as well as working with an outstanding and supportive team of colleagues.
Our commitment to the wellbeing and safeguarding of our young people
