The Directors are seeking to appoint a HLTA.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to work as a HLTA who:

  • Has experience of working across all phases of the primary age range
  • Has a proven track record of working as an effective teaching assistant in school
  • Has a commitment to working as part of a team
  • Has a determination to enable every child to access a high quality education
  • Has a history of developing effective working relationships with both peers and pupils
  • Has an ability to reflect and be honest about own practice
