A Positive Action training initiative for disabled people
The Recruit-Ability programme provides paid work experience and training placements for people who have a disability. Additionally, participants can expect to receive full support, advice and access to training courses.

Council Tax Assistant - Ref: RT06624
18.5 hours per week - fixed term for 12 months.
Training Allowance of approx. £11,183 per annum (based on a full-time training allowance of £22,366 per annum, pay award pending)
This placement will be mainly working from home, however initial training will be provided in the office.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to work as a Council Tax Assistant in our friendly Revenues Team.
You will update customer details on the Council Tax system, index documents using the document management system and monitor accounts, so a good attention to detail is really important. You will also help with replying to customer emails and supporting other members of the team with other administrative tasks. You should have an understanding of what makes good customer service, an ability to use computer packages such as Microsoft Office and be willing to learn.
