Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications
The Governors are seeking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Class Teacher for a maternity cover position. This role is open to both experienced Primary Teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs)/Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to Key Stage 2 students.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the national curriculum standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- Maintain strong behaviour management to ensure a conducive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Recent experience teaching Key Stage 2 with excellent knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
- Strong academic background, including GCSEs, A Levels, and a Degree.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Innovative and creative approach to teaching.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
