SEND TEACHING ASSISTANTS LEVEL 2
Various contracts available in EYFS and Year 1

Grade: TA2 – Band F scp. 7-10  £24,294 – 25,979 FTE (to be pro-rata depending on hours)

Contract: Various contracts available. We are ideally looking for TAs to work the following hours - 8.30am to 12.30pm and 1.15pm to 3.30pm 5 days a week, term time only.

Telford Infant School is a three form entry Infant school based in the north of Leamington Spa with approximately 270 children on roll. At Telford Infants we put the children at the heart of absolutely everything we do and our strong, friendly team works closely together to ensure that every single one of our pupils is an inquisitive, resilient and successful learner eager for their next challenge.

We are extending our team of Inclusion Teaching Assistants and are seeking to appoint TAs who will support children on a 1 to 1 basis under the direction of our SENDCo and the class teacher.

We are looking for a Teaching Assistants who:
•    are skilled practitioners who have experience of working with children with SEND
•    ideally have experience of the Plan-Do-Review approach for children with SEND needs
•    are passionate about helping children achieve the very best that they can
•    understand the importance of nurturing the whole child
•    are flexible, resilient, enthusiastic and have good organisational skills
•    have good communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work as part of team as well as independently
•    are committed to the safeguarding and the well being of children
