Cook

Fountain Court is a 16 bedded residential unit for people with dementia.

The Cook will be required to work 27 hrs per week over 5 days including alternate weekends. The role will include leading a small team to ensure that the wellbeing of the service users is maintained by providing well planned nutritious meals and that special diets are catered for. To operate within the set budget, ensure all health and safety and environmental health standards are achieved and 5-star rating is maintained. There are exciting changes to the service we operate at present, which will be an interesting challenge for the post holder as their input and organisational skills will be required.

You are required to hold NVQ level 2 or 3 in food preparation/catering Food Hygiene.

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
