Main Pay Scale plus SEND Allowance £3,084 

St Martin’s Multi Academy Trust is a supportive Trust consisting of four primary schools based in Wolverhampton and Walsall; St Martin’s CE Primary School, Field View Primary School, Grove Primary School and Walsall Wood Primary School. St. Martin’s Primary School are looking for a teacher to work in their Resource Base to support pupils with ASD. The successful candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and upholding our values of respect, resilience and compassion. 

We are looking for someone who is able to: 

Develop and implement a bespoke curriculum for pupils with additional needs (specifically autism). 

Foster a safe, secure, and encouraging learning environment. 

Work collaboratively to ensure continuity and progression in pupils’ learning both in the Resource Base and in the mainstream classroom. 

Create positive learning experiences considering the 'whole child'. 

Coordinate with the SENDCo and other staff to set and review targets. 

Engage with parents/carers and external professionals to share pupil progress and achievements. 

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out relevant CPD as identified by the Senior Leadership Team.
