Adaptions Contracts Manager

Permanent 

Grade 5 - £40,221 - £48,474 (Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review)

Working 36.5 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Staying Independent at Home Team who are responsible for delivering Birmingham City Councils Staying Independent at Home Policy.  The team works with external contractors to deliver Minor adaptations, Key Safes and Major Adaptations under the Disabled Facilities Grant.

The role of the Adaptation Contracts Manager is to support the delivery of the service and ensure the external provider is meeting key performance indicators and service level agreements (SLA's) as outlined in the contract. 

Additionally the successful candidate will be closely working with the Team Manager to build good working relationships with the external provider and ensure adaptations are improving the quality of life for citizens.  

The successful candidate will be required to be hybrid working across the city of Birmingham.
