What are we looking for?
Successful candidates who have a proven track record of working with citizens to achieve their personal goals and the skills to manage a small team.

If you have experience of managing a small team, then this is an exciting opportunity for you to join our new service.

As a Senior Reablement Officer you will work with individuals in their own home to support and encourage them to develop or regain skills to live independent and fulfilling lives. You will work closely with the therapy team to deliver bespoke support and contribute to ongoing reviews.

Your role will also entail managing reablement officers on a day to day basis, providing 1:1 support and contributing to the development of the staff and team.
