The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 17 primary schools, 1 all-through school, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider.  Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire and Coventry.

 

 

SITE ASSISTANT

30 hours per week, Permanent

We are looking to recruit a Site Assistant, to start as soon as possible, based at The Bridge Academy, Lichfield.

 

 

 

As a Site Assistant, you will have a positive approach to planned and reactive site duties to support all school maintenance needs and health and safety requirements. You will have an understanding of general maintenance work, site security, cleaning, health and safety and safeguarding, however training will be provided. You will be joining a growing Operations and Estates team, who will support you in your role and in your development.

 

 

 

The Bridge Academy is an all through (5-16 years) alternative education academy based across two sites in Lichfield and Rugeley.  It caters for students from key stages 1 to 4 who have been permanently excluded from school, suffer with medical conditions including anxiety and also offers short programs for students who are presenting challenging behaviour in their mainstream settings.

Visits to the school prior to interview, are highly recommended. 

 

 

 

 

Salary:                  £22,737 - £24,702 pa FTE (actual annual salary £18,434 - £20,028 pa)

 

 

 

Hours:                  30 hours per week, all year round.

 

 

 

Location:             The Bridge Academy, Wissage Road, Lichfield WS13 6SW
