The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 17 primary schools, 1 all-through school, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider.  Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire and Coventry.

 

 

Site Managers

37 hours per week, all year round, permanent

 

We are looking to recruit Site Managers, to start as soon as possible, to be based at those schools within our Partnership as listed below.

 

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

 

 

 

Reporting to the Regional Site Manager, you will manage and undertake planned and reactive site duties to support all school maintenance needs and health and safety requirements. 

 

 

 

The successful applicant will be responsible for the line management of Site Assistants and use the electronic estates management system, Every, to manage jobs.  

 

 

 

 

Hour:                    37 hours per week, all year round, permanent

 

 

 

Salary:                  £25,119 - £31,364 per annum

 

 

 

Locations:           Coton Green Primary School, Kipling Rise, Tamworth, B79 8LX

 

                                Greysbrooke Primary School, Barnes Road, Shenstone, Lichfield, WS14 0LT

 

                                Osborne Primary School, Osborne Road, Erdington, Birmingham, B23 6TY

 

 

 

What you will need to succeed

 

 

 

  • The ability and experience to ensure Trust policies, processes and procedures are followed at all times and that school sites are fully compliant with health and safety requirements. Ensure high quality service delivery is maintained at all times, using Every system for logging, and managing of jobs and for statutory recording. Work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders. The ability to work in a fast paced, challenging yet always rewarding role
