Scale 3 Teaching Assistants
Fixed term – 12 months in the first instance
Start date: Tuesday 7th January 2025
27.33 hours per week, term time only
£12.38 per hour pro rota
Are you an enthusiastic, hardworking and high-quality teaching assistant? If so, you may be just the person to join our supportive and friendly team at our wonderful school!
We wish to appoint a caring and enthusiastic team member to join our dedicated, committed and hard-working staff.
We are looking for someone who:
- enjoys making a difference to children’s learning
- is committed to safeguarding children
- enjoys working as part of a team
- is able to motivate and inspire, supporting and promoting the vision and ethos of the school
- has a passion for securing the best outcomes for children
- is happy to work with children on a one-to-one basis
- enjoys working with children with a variety of needs
- is creative, flexible and has a sense of humour
- enjoys working with supportive parents, governors and the wider community
- has excellent interpersonal skills, able to establish and sustain constructive relationships with children and adults
