Inclusion Manager
Grade 6, £25,119 per annum (actual salary £21,603)
Term-time only
37 hours per week – 8.30am start
Are you looking to work in a friendly, collaborative and dynamic Pastoral/Inclusion Team? Are you passionate about supporting young people? We are seeking to appoint a motivated, committed and enthusiastic Inclusion Manager.
You will support the Vice Principal for Behaviour & Attitudes, by providing support in monitoring and tracking all students to contribute to raising achievement, attendance and behaviour whilst managing our internal exclusion facility.
We have high expectations of students, both in terms of their progress and their behaviour. We expect them to invest in their own learning, and we encourage them to enjoy and make a positive contribution to the wider life of the school. They, in turn, can expect from us the highest possible quality of teaching, care and support.
