Haberdashers’ Adams is a selective state grammar school with academy status situated in the small market town of Newport in rural Shropshire. It is a boy’s school with co-educational Sixth Form, although it will become co-educational in Year 7 from September 2024. There are five forms of entry and currently about 1050 pupils on roll; approximately 100 of these are boarders. The Sixth Form has about 370 students of whom about 120 are girls.
