Permanent
Grade 3 - £25,119 - £31,364
Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review
Working 36.5 hours per week
This is a great opportunity to join our Talent, Learning & Early Careers Team within Birmingham City Councils people services.
We are looking for individuals that share a passion for development and are looking to appoint 2/3 roles within the team supporting different areas of responsibility. The areas we want the roles to support are:
- Early talent – supporting officers with the development of our internal talent through Early Careers including Apprenticeships, Graduates, Work Experience and placements.
- Learning & development – supporting officer to commission and design learning programmes within Street Scene.
About you
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Good diagnostic skills with the ability to evaluate multiple sources of data
- Good organisation skills and the ability to multi-task.
- We are looking for passionate individuals who want to work with the already established team to drive our future talent within BCC.
- We want to support those applicants that show potential and desire to have a positive impact on the workforce for the future of Birmingham.
- Ambition, innovation and drive, to support the growth and delivery of Talent, Learning & Early Careers across the Birmingham, while promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in the work we do.
