We are looking for an experienced teaching assistant to join The Keys Plus, which will be based on the site of Gosford Park School. It is a new provision for primary age, permanently excluded pupils to support and enable a successful transition to another school.

If you have excellent behaviour management skills, the ability to foster good relationships with pupils and parents/carers and are committed to partnership working to achieve the best outcomes for vulnerable children this could be the post for you. We have high expectations of our children and seek staff with high expectations of themselves who will be consistent role models.

Chidren will be based at the Keys Plus for between 6 weeks and a term. They will receive a personlised curriculum which will build on their strengths and explore and support areas of difficulty in readiness for a supported transition to a new school. The staff team is made up of 2.2 FTE teachers and 2 TAs. Working with a group of up to 10 children.

The Keys Plus forms part of The Keys provision and is managed by the Social, Emotional, Mental Health and Learning Team within Coventry SEN Support Service.
