The Role
Worcestershire Children First (WCF) is 100% owned by Worcestershire County Council and delivers Children’s Services on behalf of the local authority. We are offering a unique and exciting opportunity for both part time and full time Residential Support Worker’s to join our team based in Evesham. We are looking for candidates who will embody our values and put children at the heart of everything they do.
Vale Lodge is an Ofsted rated Good Childrens Home and provides long term residential care for children who have Autism and learning difficulties. We work in partnership with parents / carers, and a range of professionals to provide quality individualised care to our young people. As a Residential Support Worker, you will support young people develop their skills so they can reach their potential.
You will be supported through a thorough induction programme, have access to regular training opportunities, and be part of an established team who make a difference to the lives of children.
