Children’s Relief Residential Support Workers
Salary on offer: £13.02 per hour plus a 14.49% enhancement - plus sleep ins which can average 2 per week. Payment for 2 sleep ins per week totals approximately £3,900 a year.

To be a Relief Residential Support Worker you need to be ambitious for young people. You’ll be working directly with them day to day, building relationships with them and their families whilst offering a safe and caring environment in order to help them achieve their goals. Therefore we’re looking for the right people to join us. Have the flexibility of being a Relief Residential Support worker….
Being a Relief Residential Support Worker means that the control is with you on when you choose to accept work that’s offered to you. Although you don’t receive annual leave, you do receive a 14.49% enhancement on your pay to make up for this.
As a Relief Residential Support Worker you may predominantly work in one of our homes, however you may be asked to work in any as you become part of Worcestershire Children First’s Relief Pool.

Kidderminster Short breaks
Kidderminster short breaks provides specialist day and overnight care for children and young people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour across Worcestershire, and was recently crowned winner of the Adolescent & Child Health Care Award
Vale Lodge
Vale Lodge, Evesham, is home to up to four young people with disabilities who require continued care and support 24hours a day. Engaging with these young people daily to help them to achieve their potential and develop and prepare for adulthood.
