St Martin’s Multi Academy Trust is a supportive Trust consisting of four primary schools based in Wolverhampton and Walsall; St Martin’s CE Primary School, Field View Primary School, Grove Primary School and Walsall Wood Primary School. St. Martin’s Church of England Primary School is seeking an inspirational and dedicated Head of School. Our values of respect, resilience, and compassion are at the core of everything we do. Our school vision reflects our commitment to helping every child flourish academically, socially, and spiritually in a nurturing environment. St. Martin’s also has a specialist resource base for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ensuring all pupils, regardless of their needs, are supported to reach their full potential. We are committed to providing an inclusive environment where children with ASD thrive within a supportive, understanding, and structured setting.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about leading teaching and learning to ensure the best outcomes for all children, including those with additional needs. Embodies the school’s Christian ethos and values, fostering a culture of respect, resilience, and compassion. Has experience in inclusive education and a commitment to meeting the needs of all children including those with ASD and other special educational needs. Can inspire, motivate, and develop staff to create a shared learning culture that benefits the entire school community. Has a proven track record of strategic leadership and improving school performance Is committed to the safeguarding and well-being of all children, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
