The Role
This is a great opportunity for the right person to be part of an exciting transformation of the Adult Front Door service. We support people at the earliest opportunity and maximize the effectiveness of early intervention and prevention.
The Adult Front Door Service is the first point of contact for individuals seeking universal health and wellbeing support. The successful candidates will provide a person-centred response to requests for help and effectively support individuals to live well and as independently as possible.
