Working Pattern

Soulbury Scale A 4 – 7 plus possible 3 SPA points and 1 additional responsibility point.

We also invite applications from EPs who would like to work in a part-time locum / associate EP capacity.

Are you interested in using consultation as your main model of service delivery? We are too! We employ solution-focused and systemic approaches to move “visitors” to fully engaged “customers”.

Are you interested in using consultation review to monitor progress toward jointly-agreed outcomes? We are too and do so in a dynamic, interactive way alongside young people, parents/carers and teachers.

Are you interested in delivering cutting edge research? We are too! Our EPs are developing approaches to support over-active learners without recourse to medication; fostering inclusive practices using pupil strengths and Circles of Friends; trialling systemic approaches to positive psychology (with a particular focus on flourishing) and working creatively with primary school teachers to improve children’s spelling skills.
