Are you interested in using consultation as your main model of service delivery? We are too! We employ solution-focused and systemic approaches to move “visitors” to fully engaged “customers”.
Are you interested in using consultation review to monitor progress toward jointly-agreed outcomes? We are too and do so in a dynamic, interactive way alongside young people, parents/carers and teachers.
Are you interested in delivering cutting edge research? We are too! Our EPs are developing approaches to support over-active learners without recourse to medication; fostering inclusive practices using pupil strengths and Circles of Friends; trialling systemic approaches to positive psychology (with a particular focus on flourishing) and working creatively with primary school teachers to improve children’s spelling skills.
Are you interested in joining a hard-working, much-valued EPS in its seventeenth year of trading? A team that “walks the talk” about being a Learning Organisation with a vibrant mix of Qualified, Trainee and Assistant EPs?
Are you interested in working for a forward-thinking council, which provides EPs with the latest iPads, laptops and mobile phones?
If you are interested, then we are keen to hear from you. Following an increase in demand for our traded services, we are seeking to recruit new members to our team.
