Salary: £27,083 to £31,364 pro rata

Hours 37 per week / Term Time only plus 1 week

At Oak Meadow Primary School, we pride ourselves on our warm, friendly welcome and relationships with our community, with who we work closely together for the good of the families and children we serve. We are looking to appoint a highly effective, energetic, experienced Office Manager who has the confidence and ability to be a leader in our busy school office. The post will commence from the start of January 2025 with a planned induction during December.

You will be appointed on Grade 5, working 37 hours per week. You will be employed on a permanent contract working term time plus one week.

As the School Office Manager, you will have responsibility for the day to day running of the School Office functions and line management of other office staff, as well as oversight of our after school club staff.

The successful candidate will be:

  • A positive and friendly ‘face of the school’.
  • A highly effective communicator, with the ability to develop effective relationships.
  • A bright, proactive, well-organised and committed individual with effective written and oral communication skills along with a highly meticulous eye for detail and forward thinking.
  • Experienced in dealing with all aspects of school administration, health and safety and estate management.  Someone with excellent IT skills including experience of all Microsoft Office products and an innovative approach towards technology.

Visits to the school are welcomed week commencing 4th November 2024 by appointment with the School Office.
