Part Time Receptionist- Sandwell Leisure Trust
Sandwell Leisure Trust is seeking to recruit a Part Time Receptionist to work as part of the Haden Hill Leisure Centre Team. The candidate will be able to maintain a customer friendly service ensuring that all fees are collected quickly and efficiently, ensure customer bookings are recorded accurately; customer queries are dealt with immediately and undertake other duties to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Leisure Centre.
Candidates are required to have one year’s experience of working in a reception based environment including working with computerised booking systems, dealing effectively with telephone calls and cash handling and reconciliation.

GRADE: Grade 2 (£15,267 - £16,491 pa pro rata plus enhancements for weekend working)

HOURS Average of 11 hours per week (Week 1: Tues 4pm-9pm Week 2: Sun 8.30am-2pm; Tues 4pm-9pm & Sat 7.45am-2.45pm)
