Dodford First School is situated in the beautiful village of Dodford, three miles west of Bromsgrove. The school, which was established in 1877, has a long history within the village and continues to maintain close links with the community to enhance the school curriculum. As a small school with a maximum of 75 pupils, our values of respect, courage, diversity, independence, collaboration, honesty and resilience underpin the ethos of our happy school community. Pupils work together in their mixed age classes, Wrens, Robins and Owls, as a small family, helping each other and working cooperatively to ensure Dodford First School is a happy place to learn and play. In September 2024 we welcomed our first pre-school pupils and opened our new wraparound care club, The Nest.

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and caring teacher with the skills, knowledge and understanding to lead a mixed-age Year 3 and Year 4 class.
