Legal Services continues to be accredited with Lexcel, the Law Society's standard in excellence in legal practice management and client care.
We require an experienced Education Solicitor/Barrister to provide legal advice, support and training to our high profile front line client, Children's Services within the People Directorate.
Part time 2 days per week (7:24 hours per day) - Permanent
The successful candidate will amongst other things be expected to provide complex legal advice, support and training and in all aspects relating to Education Law.
This post holder will be able to work within the Council's Flexible Working Policy, subject to the business needs of the Council being fulfilled.
