Governor Support Services provides a clerking and training services to school Governing Bodies.

To provide administrative support to the Governor Support Team to ensure that the service level agreement is fulfilled. Your main duties will include

Obtain and input records, chasing missing information and coding.
Data entry.
Check delivery notes and distribute stock.
IT faults report and maintain records.
Making tea/coffee for staff/visitors and purchase supplies.
Booking transport for staff.
Booking meetings.
Checking availability of rooms for internal/external use as and when required.
Record and keep safe lost property.
Cover for telephone/reception acting as first point of contact for section, division or directorate. Where the section/division has secure entry, monitor and control visitors.
Undertake reprographics, laminating, scanning etc.
Booking catering.
Copy typing or data entry.
Collate and report returns.
Filing.
Dealing with oncoming and outgoing mail.
Deliveries, collections and errands as required.
To operate processes which ensure effective liaison with external contractors/providers.
Stock checking and preparing orders for authorisation.
Employee support duties:
Obtain cover following instruction as to what cover is needed.
Recording of absence data and other records.
Book staff training courses, seminars.
