We are recruiting a Level 2 Teaching Assistant (32.5 hours per week)
term time only, plus one week – (39 weeks)
Salary: £22,737.00 to £23,114.00
(this salary is based on full time – to be pro-rata to 32.5hrs/39weeks)

The Local Governing Body are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced, committed and highly motivated Teaching Assistant, who will work alongside colleagues to help shape the future of our school as it moves forward. The role will include supporting children in different areas across the school, as 1:1 support and also in small groups, and also supporting the teacher to ensure the most effective teaching and learning is taking place for each child.
We are looking for someone who:
- enjoys helping all children to learn through a range of activities, including those with barriers to their learning;
- has a good level of literacy and numeracy skills;
- is positive and flexible and has the ability to work as part of a team;
- has experience or is confident to work with all ages within the primary phase;
- works well under direction, but also shows initiative and can take ownership of tasks.
