Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to fostering the development and well-being of young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in supporting children's learning through play, providing a safe space for exploration, and encouraging their natural curiosity. We are seeking a Temporary Minimum Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team for an intial 6-month contract to cover maternaty leave.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education to children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Act as the key person for a designated group of children, building strong relationships with them and their families.

Implement and assess engaging learning activities tailored to individual children's needs.

Maintain a safe and stimulating environment, ensuring all safeguarding policies are adhered to.

Support children with special educational needs (SEN) and promote inclusive practices.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise.

Work collaboratively with other educators to ensure the highest standards of care and education are met.

Experience
.Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
.Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
.Awareness of safeguarding procedures and practices.
.Experience working with children with special educational needs.
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
