Premises Manager - Kemball Special School
This is a permanent. part time post.
36.25 hours per week.
Kemball School is a day special school for pupils aged between 3 and 19 years of age with cognitive and learning difficulties. The school has a happy and supportive atmosphere and is welcoming and friendly. The current number of pupils on roll is 189 but we are still growing.
We are looking for a self-motivated, flexible Premises Manager to join our school to help us to run efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate should have proven experience in facilities/premises management, together with a suitably recognised relevant level 3 qualification or be educated to A level standard with significant facilities/premises experience. We are looking for someone who is honest, reliable, has a high degree of personal integrity, is organised and able to prioritise workload and has the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also be willing to undertake training as required.
Previous experience in a school/college environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.45 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
