Salary: G5 £26,409 - £30,060 per annum, pro rata to hours worked
Post details:
- Bloxwich Active Living Centre - 18.5 hrs per week
Walsall Leisure requires an experienced and dynamic fitness instructor to deliver an excellent customer experience to our members.
You will need to provide motivation and support for customers to achieve their fitness goals, lead group exercise classes, deliver individual new customer fitness journeys and meaningful gym floor interaction and provide a suitable level of supervision in a safe and clean gym environment.
We would like to hear from you if you:
• are enthusiastic and passionate about fitness
• hold a Gym Instructor level 2 qualification (Level 3 would be an advantage)
• have group exercise experience & qualifications (Exercise to Music Qualification would be an advantage)
• are customer focused and service orientated
• have the training and skills to deliver a 1-2-1 fitness journey session which sets out customer goals and individual programs
• can deliver a fun, exciting exercise experience every time
