About you

If so, then this is an exciting opportunity for you to join our new service.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working collaboratively with residents and colleagues to join us as Reablement Officers and to support activity which maximises independence and well being.

About the job

As a Reablement Officer you will work with individuals in their own home to support and encourage them to develop or regain skills to live independent and fulfilling lives. You will work closely with the therapy team to deliver bespoke support and contribute to ongoing reviews.
