Mereside Primary School, located in the vibrant community of Shrewsbury, is searching for a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a minimum Level 3 qualification and have a proven track record of supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and 2. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments. Previous experience in leading small group interventions and providing support to teachers is desirable.
