Do you have finance experience alongside strong people management skills?

We are seeking to appoint a skilled professional who has excellent proven management skills, is committed, enthusiastic and conscientious and will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team. This is a key senior role and we are looking for someone with superb interpersonal skills who can take the initiative and motivate others. Main areas of responsibility include delivering a comprehensive finance and administrative service, establishing effective and efficient methods of improving administrative systems and processes within the School, management of school administration and co-ordination of support staff. Also, there will be an element of the role to have a shared responsibility for the financial aspect of the Teaching School.  There is a responsibility to have oversight of school premises and health and safety, with external providers. The post holder will be required to report and communicate on a regular basis with Governors throughout the year.

Working Pattern

Initially 35 hours per week, term time only.
