Post to commence January 2025
Minimum Requirement: NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) or working towards NB. If working towards Level 3, salary will be paid at Grade 3, until qualified
Burton Fields School are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to provide support for pupils with additional learning needs, within the classroom or as bespoke 1-1 or small group provision, to enable them to catch up and keep up with their peers and succeed within a mainstream setting.
Experience and expertise in supporting pupils with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties would be an advantage.

This position is subject to a criminal records check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB) which will require you to disclose details of all unspent and unfiltered spent reprimands, formal warnings, cautions and convictions as part of the recruitment process.
