As we continue to develop and enhance our in house residential service, we currently have 2 roles in the Stafford area. There are 2 part-time positions in 2 different settings. As a Bursar, you will be working in the homes, supporting the Registered Manager in the day to day operation of the home.
Main ResponsibilitiesYou will
- have a knowledge of health and safety relating to the maintenance of a safe working and living environment, including completion and review of risk assessments.
- proven experience of implementing office procedures and systems.
- support the Registered Manager in all aspects of health and safety, finance and the day to day administration of the home.
- having proven experience working in a supervisory role as you will be directly supervising support staff.
- playing a key role in maintaining budgetary systems.
You will :
- be an experienced and motivated person to work as a Bursar within a residential children's home for young people with emotional, behavioural difficulties.
- have a NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable)
This is an ideal opportunity for someone working within an administrative role who would like to progress further.
