TA Level 3 – Sedgeberrow Pre-School

Teaching Assistant

Salary: TA3 Point (7-17):

• £9,718.05 - £11,418.26 per annum based on 16 hours per week
• £14,577.08 - £17,127.38 per annum based on 24 hours per week

8 hours per day 8.00 am – 4.00 pm for 2 or 3 days a week (Flexibility on days). With a half our break per day paid plus half an hour per day lunch break unpaid.

Sedgeberrow Preschool is a popular preschool which opened in September 2023. We are currently looking for a qualified TA at Level 3 with experience to help support and lead a vibrant preschool for 2 or 3 days a week (flexibility on days). This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to be involved in further developing Sedgeberrow Preschool. The successful candidate will work as part of a team in helping to further grow a thriving Preschool.

The Role of Sedgeberrow Pre-School TA 3: 

• Support the policies, ethos and vision of the pre-school and actively promote high levels of achievement in the pre-school.
• Contribute to the leadership and management of the pre-school
• Formulate and promote the aims and objectives of the pre-school.
• Seek and implement areas for improvement and the development of staff with regards to early years provision.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the provision in the pre-school in close collaboration with the leadership team.
• Safeguard children
• Encourage good behaviour and structure so the children are equipped to move onto school
