About the Team:
There is an exciting opportunity for a social worker to join our established team in FAST, this permanent, full time role is based in Nuneaton Justice Centre. The Family Adolescent Support Team provide high quality support to some of our most vulnerable teenagers across Warwickshire.
FAST provide services and intervention with families and young people under a Child in Need plan where the primary concern is extra-familial harm, substance misuse, tier 4 hospital discharges and 16/17 year old homelessness. We also support young people who are on the edge of care for these reasons.
You will work within a team who have the opportunities to work creatively and within a multi-disciplinary setting to promote disruption to contextual risks and increase safety for our young people in the community. You will be working alongside multi-agency professionals such as police, safer neighborhood teams, youth workers and education.

Experienced Social Worker - Grade K, L, N and O:
Up to £52,210.00 per annum. Including a £3,500 market supplement which is subject to tax and NI deductions - T&C's apply. (Relocation Allowance up to £8,000 is available.)

Key Requirements:
Applicants for the role will need a professional Social Work qualification and Social Work England Registration.
