Visitor Services Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Visitor Services Assistant to work in our vibrant new museum café and shop at The Market Hall Museum, Warwick. The Market Hall Museum, Warwick, has recently undergone an exciting and extensive refurbishment after securing funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund. Part of this refurbishment included a new retail and café space to enhance our visitor offer.
10.0 Hours per Week
Serving locally sourced cakes, homemade sandwiches, award winning coffee and a selection of carefully selected teas, our Visitor Assistants are the public face of Heritage & Culture Warwickshire.
The role is split over two shifts which includes weekend working.
You will possess excellent communication skills, good levels of numeracy and literacy, good ICT skills and enjoy working in a busy team environment. Experience of delivering excellent customer service within a retail or café environment is desirable, but enthusiastic entry level applicants also welcome to apply. There is an agreed dress code whilst on duty.
