We are a Federation of the Blue Coat Infant and Junior schools. The two schools share a commitment to high standards and a strong Christian ethos. We enjoy excellent support from our parents and the schools successfully serve their multi-faith community. Both schools are three form entry and there are over 650 children attending the two schools.
The Governors are looking to appoint a highly effective Office Administrator to start in January 2025. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school's administrative functions. You will manage the reception area, coordinate office systems, and support the Executive Head and the leadership team, contributing to a professional and efficient service. Your role will be essential in maintaining effective communication with parents, staff, and visitors, while ensuring all administrative processes run efficiently.
You will need experience in a similar role, excellent organisational and customer service skills, be able to prioritise and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
You should have excellent IT skills and have experience of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the Arbor information management system would be desirable but not essential.
