School Administrator

Grade 2 - 38 Weeks

Permanent Contract 

20 hours: 10.30am - 2.30pm

Salary:  Grade 2 Point 3

£10,920.14 - £11,167.40 (*ACTUAL SALARY) dependent on level of service

Required to start in the Spring Term we are looking for a School Administrator to join our busy and vibrant team of Support Staff.  We are therefore seeking an applicant who can contribute towards this already strong, positive and supportive team.  

The role of School Administrator supports various areas of school administration with a strong focus on providing administrative and secretarial support to our Pastoral Team. You will work under the direct supervision of the Heads of Year Secretary whilst also undertaking other general administration tasks to assist other areas of the school including the Data Team with data entry and the production of reports as well as banking and other administration tasks.    

The successful candidate should be organised and enthusiastic, with experience of working in a busy office environment. The role is often varied and so we are looking for a candidate who can remain calm and organised with a positive attitude to supporting colleagues and students alike. 

This role has the potential to increase in hours following a successful appointment and induction period so we are also looking for a candidate who would consider further contracted hours.
