Education Impact Academy Trust is a MAT incorporating The Hive College, Wilson Stuart School, Queensbury School and Mayfield School. The Hive College is based in Erdington, Birmingham and is a Specialist Further Education College for learners aged 19-25 years with Special Educational Needs and disabilities. In November 2023 we were graded Outstanding in every single aspect of an Ofsted Inspection.

As part of our on-going development of a highly successful specialist college, we have a Minibus Driver vacancy to join our team of professional and dedicated people. The college is a very happy and positive working environment. The right candidate will have:
- a full clean driving licence
- commitment to providing a reliable, efficient and timely service to our students
- a ‘can do’ and proactive approach to the role and will be responsible for safely transporting college students to and from college
- the capability to maintain accurate vehicle records
