About the Team
We manage a variety of waste and recyclable materials for Waste Collection Authorities (WCA’s) households and businesses, right across the County. We are committed to building a first-class talented workforce, so that we can offer the absolute best service to our customers.
About the Role
We are looking for a Weighbridge Operator to support our overall operation at Lower House Farm in Dordon.
This role is responsible for providing an efficient and effective weighbridge operation, including associated administration, at the Transfer Station. This role involves liaising with drivers, contractors, trade waste producers and the public as well as accepting payments.
Key Requirements
- You will have the ability to understand instructions, carry them out, and have, or be prepared to develop, a general understanding of health and safety.
- This role will be customer facing so excellent communication skills are essential.
- Literate and numerate
- Ability to use a computer including e-mails and spreadsheet documents such as Excel
