We offer the rewards and benefits package that make it a great place to work.
We’re excited to be recruiting to this opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor who is looking to work with a broad range of professionals in an enthusiastic and forward-looking organisation. If you are passionate about housing and you believe customers should be at the heart of all we do, then we would love to hear from you.
Our portfolio of circa 6500 properties includes an exciting mix of high, medium and low-rise blocks alongside traditional dwellings, predominantly rented units with some leaseholds, the stock also includes Listed Buildings & Conservation areas offering you considerable scope to apply your talents.
You will be part of a team responsible for the delivery of external contractor led fire safety improvement programmes across the stock in accordance with the organisations fire risk management strategy and also the delivery of decarbonisation projects to the housing stock to help meet our carbon reduction & energy efficiency targets & ambitions.
