Holy Trinity CoE Primary Academy is an academy with a warm, welcoming atmosphere with responsible, well-behaved and caring children. Holy Trinity joined St Chad’s Academies Trust in April 2017.

As a Church of England Academy we are seeking to appoint someone who will actively promote the Christian distinctiveness of the academy, leading and securing spiritual care and guidance to whole academy community. The Trust wishes to appoint a visionary leader who will inspire and motivate colleagues to provide high quality teaching and learning. We are looking for a clear thinker and a good communicator, who will engender trust and respect throughout the academy, with a proven track record of success.
We are seeking to appoint a talented leader who will build on the many strengths of the academy, work collaboratively with the family of academies within the Trust and lead the academy with dedication, enthusiasm and expertise, whilst fostering our distinctive identity.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong leadership, management and communication skills, with a clear focus for excellence in teaching and learning, and who will continue to improve standards and achievement.
