Required from Spring Term 2018
£43,023 – £47,967 per annum (Subject to Teachers' Terms and Conditions)

Due to the retirement of a long-standing member of the Senior Leadership Team, Governors are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for the Foundation Stage and Extended Provision.
The person appointed will be accountable for:
-All aspects of children's achievement, behaviour, safety, teaching and learning across Early Years
-Ensuring that our highly successful extended provision continues to meet the needs of all pupils who use this facility, from Nursery to Year 6.
It is essential that the successful applicant:
-Is fully committed to ensuring that this currently good school is reinstated as an outstanding school
-Can inspire and motivate staff
-Works effectively as a member of the Senior Leadership Team
-Is an outstanding Early Years teacher, there is a part-time teaching commitment within this role
-Has total commitment to the pursuit of excellence
-Has excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others
-Places the needs and requirements of all children above all else
-Is committed to their own professional development and to guiding and supporting the development of others
-Has the skills to communicate and work very effectively with parents.
