Health Care Coordinator- Brooke School
This post is to the School, and the successful candidate will work across the school with pupils who have a range of learning difficulties and additional needs, including medical needs.
Students at Brooke School may have additional health and care needs and the successful post holder will play a key role in developing policies and procedures to meet the health and care needs of these students. In addition the post holder will contribute to the wider health and well being of all students.
The successful post holder will be expected to support staff training and work alongside colleagues in health. You will be working closely with students, their families and other workers within school and the health service, supporting the physical, health, emotional and social needs of students in this all age school.
All applicants are advised that Brooke School is currently looking to convert to a MAT on 1st December 2017.
33.0 Hours per Week
