An experienced Business Analyst is needed to provide support to the Warwickshire Better Together programme. The programme, which spans both local government and the NHS, seeks to joinup health and care services, so that people can manage their own health and wellbeing, and live independently in their communities for as long as possible.
The Business Analyst will help WCC and partners achieve our ambitions by leading process/performance improvement, analytical and performance monitoring activity to key stakeholders. This will help ensure the local health and social care system achieves objectives relating to the following four National Performance Metrics:
• Reducin g Delayed Transfers of Care
• Reducing Non-Elective Admissions (G eneral and Acute)
• Reducing admissions to residential and care homes; and
• Increasing effectiveness of reablement
The successful candidate will have experience of applying business analysis approaches to complex systems, with demonstrable evidence of informing service design and improvement.
The postholder will have the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and take the lead in identifying analytical requirements. Experience of working with health and social care organisations will be advantageous.
