Dodford First School is looking to appoint a headteacher to lead our successful team.

The headteacher will work alongside the Governing Body and Interim Executive Headteacher to:

• Formulate the vision and values of the school and provide overall strategic leadership
• Establish policies for achieving the vision and values
• Manage staff and resources to that end
• Monitor progress towards the achievement of the school’s vision and values
• Lead by example and model best practice regarding professional conduct, workload and personal development
• Be a role model for all in our community
