School Office Administrator - Crudgington Primary School

NJC Scale 5 SCP 22 - £10.7097 per hour

Term Time Only (43.32 weeks per year). 35 hours per week, 8.30am - 4.00pm each day. Start date as soon as possible.

Permanent, £16,238.04 per annum. Required as soon as possible.

At Crudgington Primary School we are seeking to appoint a school office administrator who is able to demonstrate high levels of interpersonal and organisational skills. Due to the nature of the role excellent communication skills alongside a flexible approach to tasks will be required.

The post will entail wide ranging duties including:

  • Financial/administration duties
  • Cash handling
  • Managing the whole school diary
  • Keeping the school website up-to-date
  • Preparing written correspondence
  • Processing pupil information
  • School census returns
  • Provision of secretarial support for the headteacher

Owing to the nature of this position, the successful applicant will require a secure working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience with data and assessment systems such as CMIS is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
